We’re proud to announce that the new website for the University of Lancaster’s School of Computing and Communications is officially up and running.
We were absolutely delighted to be chosen to work on this high-profile project and we immediately recognised that forming a team of industry experts was the best way of meeting the challenge.
That team consisted of graphic designer Richard Aked (Artome) and usability expert Keith Doyle (Navopia). Their expertise, professionalism, enthusiasm and common sense approach to the project was the key to us providing the client with a visually impressive, user friendly and content rich website.

Our role in the project was to take the taxonomy and information architecture created by Keith and the design work and branding created by Richard and produce standards compliant, cross browser html templates that would be used to populate the site with content.

We’ve taken a lot from this project. We were introduced to the agile project management methodology and gained a great insight into the way other small businesses work.
Lancaster are really happy with their finished website and we had a great time working with Richard and Keith.
